and tongs one looking glass one dozen chairs one stand four beds
and bedding four bedsteads on bereau one desk carpeting two
stoves one book case and books one cupboard four tubs three
pots one oven two spiders three pair of And Irons one tin kitchen
six pans two buckets one cross cut saw two guns all and singular
which said goods and chattels are now remaining standing and
being in a certain messuage or tenement situate in Annapolis
and now in the occupation of the said William Taylor.  To Have
and To Hold all and singular the said goods household stuff
and furniture and other the premises above bargained and
sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said Daniel Hart
his Executors administrators and assigns forever  And I the said
William Taylor for myself my heirs executors and administrators
all and singular the said goods household stuff and furniture
and other the premises unto the said Daniel Hart his Executors
administrators and assigns against me the said William
Taylor my executors administrators and against all and every
other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which
said goods household stuff and furniture and other the premises
I the said William Taylor have put the said Daniel Hart in
full possession by delivering to him the said Daniel Hart one
table spoon at the sealing and delivering of these presents in
the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or
mentioned and intended to be so unto him the said Daniel
Hart as aforesaid.  In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe
my name and affix my seal this 11.th day of July eighteen
hundred and forty six

in the presence of W.m Glover

       At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

    Anne Arundel County Sct  On this 11.th day of July
1846 personally appears before the Subscriber a justice of the
peace in and for said County William Taylor he being known
to me to be the identical person herein named in the aforegoing
bill of sale and acknowledged the same to be his act and deed
                            Acknowledged before         W.m Glover
Recorded the 13.th day of July 1846
