121 in the aforegoing deed or instrument of writing and acknowledge the same to be their act and deed and the goods and chattels therein mentioned and thereby bargained sold and released to be the right and estate of the within named Samuel Augustus Clagett and Charles Clagett the party grantees also therein mentioned their heirs and assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning of the said deed or instrument of writing and the Acts of Assembly in such case made and provided Acknowledged before and certified by Jno Showacre State of Maryland Baltimore County Sc I hereby certify that John Showacre gentleman before whom the above acknowledgments were made and who has thereto subscribed his name was at the time of so doing a justice of the peace of said State in and for the City of Baltimore duly commissioned and sworn In Testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and affix the seal of Baltimore County Court this 2.d day of July 1846 AW.
