11 and her male issue until they arrived at the age of twenty eight years respectively as by reference to the said Deed of manumission duly executed acknowledged and recorded among the Records of Anne Arundel County will more fully appear to have and to hold the said three negroes John Isaac alias Isaiah and Elias for the term of years above stated namely the said John until the seventeenth day of August in the year eighteen hundred and sixty three the said Isaac alias Isaiah until the eighteenth day of February in the year eighteen hundred and sixty six and the said Elias until the twelfth day of July in the year eighteen hundred and sixty eight cents the said John T. Hodges his executors administrators and assigns in trust to sell and dispose of the same or any of them at such time and in such manner as he or they in their discretion may determine and to apply the proceeds of such sale to the extinguishment of the aforesaid debt In Witness whereof the said Vachel Sevier and the said John T. Hodges have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals on the seventh day of April in the year eighteen hundred and forty five Signed Sealed and delivered in John T. Hodges (seal) presence of W.m C. Tyler "The words alias Isaiah Vachel Sevier (seal) being first thrice inserted At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit Anne Arundel County Sct. Be it remembered that on this seventh day of April in the year eighteen hundred and forty five before me the Subscriber a justice of the peace of the State of Maryland in and for Anne Arundel County personally appeared Vachel Sevier and John T.
