blinds one tea pot one Coffee pot lot of cups & saucers tumblers and glass
four iron pots one frying pan one tea kettle one grind iron one rug three blankets
one lot books one pair iron dogs two pair flat irons one lot tubs one lot plates
dishes knives forks and spoons four table Cloths one piece matting all and
singular the said household furniture now running in a certain messuage
or tenement in Gloucester Street in the City of Annapolis now occupied by
the said James D Weems  To have and To hold all and singular the said
household furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold
or mentioned and intended so to be to the said James Iglehart his
Executors administrators and assigns forever and I the said James D Weems
for myself my heirs Executors and administrators all and singular the said
household furniture and other the premises unto the said Jamen Iglehart
his Executors administrators and assigns against me the said James D
Weems my Executors and administrators and against all and every other
person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend
by these presents of all and singular which said household furniture and
other the premises I the said James D Weems have put the said James
Iglehart in full possession by delivering to him the said James Iglehart
one to wit at the sealing and delivering of these presents in the name of the
whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended
whereof I the said James D Weems have hereunto set my hand and seal
this twenty fourth day of april in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred & forty

       Gabriel H Duvall

             At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

State of maryland Anne Arundel C.o Sc.t  Be it remembered and it is
hereby Certified that on this twenty fourth day of april in the year of our
Lord Eighteen Hundred and forty before the Subscriber a Justice of the peace
of the state of maryland for the said County personally appears
James D Weems he being known to be the person who is named and
described as and professing to be a party to the aforegoing Instrument of
writing and doth acknowledge the same to be his act and deed  In
Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name on the day and year
aforesaid                                                Gabriel H Duvall
