88 and affixed his seal this Eleventh day of April in the year Eighteen hundred and forty Signed sealed and delivered in presence Thomas Anderson by of "the name Thomas Anderson" first erased J J Speed his attorney (seal) and the words "in his own right" being J J Speed Atty of T Anderson first interlined J Walsh Henry F Dunbar (seal) Andrew McKee At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit State of Maryland City of Baltimore Ss Be it remembered and it is hereby Certified that on this Eleventh day of April in the year Eighteen hundred and forty Before me a Justice of the peace of the state aforesaid in and for the City of Baltimore personally appeared Joseph J Speed party grantor above named and acknowledged the above aforegoing Bill of sale or Instrument of writing to be his act and deed And at the same time appeared before me the said Henry F Dunbar and acknowledged the said Instrument of writing as grantee to be his act and deed And I further Certify that of my own knowledge I am satisfied that the said Grantor and the said Grantee are the persons named and described therein and professing to be parties thereto J Walsh State of Maryland Baltimore County Sc I hereby Certify that Jacob Walsh Gentleman before whom the within acknowledgment was made and who has thereto subscribed his name was at the time of so doing a Justice of the peace of the state aforesaid in and for the City of Baltimore duly Commissioned and Sworn In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my (Seal) name and affix the seal of Baltimore County Court this 11th day of April 1840 Tho.s Kell Clk of Balto Coty Cot paid 6¾ Recorded the 21.st day of April 1840 This Indenture made this 21.st day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty between John Lamb of Anne Arundel County of the one part and Charles Willigman Jun.r of the County aforesaid of the other part Whereas the said Charles Willigman Junior by Indenture of mortgage bearing date the fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and thirty nine duly Executed acknowledged and recorded among the records of personal property of Anne Arundel County Court Liber W L G Number two folio thirty nine did |
