Matilda Anne Gray her Executors administrators and assigns against me
the said Thomas Cramblitt my Executors and administrators and against
all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will for ever warrant
and defend by these presents of all and singular which said goods and
Chattels household Stuff and furniture and other the premises I the said
Thomas Cramblitt have put the said Matilda Anne Gray in full possession
by delivering to her the Matilda Anne Gray one dish at the sealing and
delivering of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained
and sold or mentioned and intended to be so unto her the said Matilda
Anne Gray as aforesaid  In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Cramblitt
grantor have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this twenty
sixth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and thirty nine

       presence of one pair cast andirons            Thomas Cramblitt   (seal)
interligned before Signing  Jno L Moore

                   On the back of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

    State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sct  On this twenty sixth day of
November in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and thirty nine
personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace of said
State in and for County aforesaid Thomas Cramblitt known to me as
grantor to the within Instrument and acknowledged the same to be his
act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned

Know all men by these present that I Levi Chambers of Anne Arundel
County in the State of Maryland for and in consideration of the sum
of Three hundred and fifty Dollars due on his note drawn in favor of
Charles D Warfield dated the 5th day of October 1839 and also for the
Consideration of Two hundred dollars due on my note drawn in favor
of Charles D Warfield dated the 8th day of October 1839 and also for
the consideration of the sum of Two hundred and Eighty Dollars and Eighty
Six Cents due on my note drawn in favor of Charles D Warfield dated
the 14th day of October 1839 all which moneys was to me in hand paid
by Charles D Warfield of Anne Arundel County in the said state at
and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt
whereof I the said Levi Chambers do hereby acknowledge have granted
