65 Anderson and acknowledges the foregoing writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the act of assembly in such Case made and provided Witness my hand Joseph Norris paid 3 Recorded the 23d day of November 1839 Know all men by these present that I Thomas Cramblitt of Anne Arundel County in the state of maryland for and in Consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars Current money to me in hand paid by Matilda Anne Gray of County and state aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I the said Thomas Cramblitt do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Matilda Anne Gray her Executors administrators and assigns all the goods household stuff implements furniture &.c hereinafter particularly mentioned that is to say one redish Cow left ear cut off and under cut on the right one ditto right ear cut off and under slit on the left two Spotted and one black Shoat each with a slit in each ear one barrell and one half of Corn Cooking Stove and utensils for Cooking belonging thereto eight hundred head of Cabbages seven bushels of beets two feather beds three straw beds two blankets ten quilts sheets and pillows three bedsteads fifteen chairs one bureau three pine tables seven bushels of onions three hundred pounds of pork forty five yards of rag Carpeting one half rick of Clover hay at henry Pues one double Case silver watch one iron pot and Skittel two large and two small waiters one looking glass three pictures and frames six large liverpool and six large blue edged plates one blue edged dish one set pink Cups and Saucers two tin Coffee pots and boiler one tin pan three washing tubs one blue water bucket one poplar cradle one chest Carpenter's tools and one set fencing tools Complete one gun one wood saw and horse one workbench and screw one Coffee mill two garden hoes and rake and one pair of Cast andirons all and singular which said goods and chattels are now remaining standing and being in a certain messuage or tenement situate in County aforesaid and now in the occupation of the said Thomas Crambliltt To have and To hold all and Singular the said goods Chattels and household Stuff and furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said Matilda Anne Gray her Executors administrators and assigns forever and I the said Thomas Cramblitt for myself my heirs Executors and administrators all and singular the said goods and chattels household stuff and furniture and other the premises unto the said Matilda |
