67 bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Charles D Warfield his Executors administrators and assigns all property Goods and household Stuff and implements and furniture hereinafter particularly mentioned that is to say one negro woman named Jenny about thirty nine years old one negro girl named Rachel about nineteen years old one negro girl named Mary about seventeen years old one negro girl named Comfort about Sixteen years old one negro girl named Martha about fourteen years old one negro Boy named William about Eleven years old one negro Girl named Sarah Jane about Eight years old ^and^ one negro Boy named Columbus about four years old nine Feather Beds Beadsteads and furniture Two stoves one settee Two dozen cheers one side Board and side Board furniture and ^one^ Cupboard and furniture Consisting of one dozen Silver Table Spoons one dozen Silver Tea Spoons and a number of Dishes plates Cups & Sawsers Bowls pitches knives & forks &c &.c four Tables Three Horses Three cows one Heffer forty Eight Hoggs one wheat Fan one waggon one cart and all the geers necessary to work them ^with^ one gig and Harness Two Seed ploughs Two double Shovel ploughs one Harrow one Eight Day Clock one Twenty four Hour clock Two Tables in barr room and all the bar room furniture and all the corn in the field all the Buck wheat in the field and all the Kitchen furniture consisting of Pots ovens Tabs Buckets Piggons Shovel and Tongs &c &.c Two pair andirons and all other the property appertaining to the Household not herein specified such as Looking Glasses Pictures &c &.c and all and singular which said Goods and chattels are now remaining standing and being in a certain messuage or tenement situate in Anne Arundel County in the State aforesaid and now in the occupancy of the said Levi Chambers To have and To hold all and singular the said Goods household stuff and furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said Charles D Warfield his Executors administrators and assigns for ever and I the said Levi Chambers for myself my heirs Executors and administrators all and Singular the said Goods household Stuff and furniture and other the premises unto the said Charles D Warfield his Executors administrators and assigns and against me the said Levi Chambers my Executors and administrators and against all and Every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents all and singular which said Goods household Stuff and furniture and other the premises I the said Levi Chambers have put the the said Charles D Warfield in full possession by delivering to him the said Charles D Warfield and Table Spoon at the sealing and delivering of these (presents) |
