Aaron his Executors administrators and assigns to his and their only
proper use and benefit and I the said Henry A Crandall for myself my Executors
and administrators shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents
against me my Executors and administrators and against all and every person
or persons whomsoever claiming the same or any part thereof  In Testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 30th day of
September in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and thirty nine

                      At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit  On this 31st day of September 1839 before
me one of the Justices of the peace in and for said County appears Henry A Crandle
and acknowledges the foregoing instrument of writing to be his act and deed
according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the act of assembly
in such Cases made and provided

    Know all men by these present that I Jane Gaither of Anne Arundel
County and State of Maryland for the Consideration of the sum of fifty dollars
to me in hand paid by Margaret Jones Pritchard and Ann Elizabeth Crandell
of Anne Arundel County and state aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby
Acknowledge have granted bargained sold and delivered and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and deliver to the said Margaret Jones
Pritchard the following property to wit one Dining Table one Carpet Table
Spoons one Dressing Glass and Table and chairs and to Ann Elizabeth
Crandle the following property to wit one Desk one Pair Andirons thirty
Bushels oats one Lot of Crockeryware and one pair Shovel and Tongs the
above described property to the said Margaret Jones Pritchard and Ann
Elizabeth Crandell their heirs and assigns forever and the said property I do
hereby warrant and defend to the said Margaret Jones Pritchard and Ann
Elizabeth Crandell their heirs and assigns forever  In Witness whereof I have
set my hand and deal this 24th day of October 1839      her
