and assigns all and singular the goods furniture and household stocks herein
after particularly mentioned and expressed that is to say one Mahogany side
board 2 Mahogany Tables one wooden Clock one poplar Bedstead one
maple d.o two Beads one Stove one mahogany Clothes press one dozen windzer
chairs one pine table two home made Carpets Two Black walnut Tables
1 p.r andirons one Fender two Looking Glasses to have and to hold all
and singular the said goods furniture and household stuffs unto the said
John Lamb his Executors and assigns to his and their own use and behoof
provided always and it is declared to be the true intent and meaning
of these presents that if the said Charles Willigman J.r do and shall well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said John Lamb his Executors
administrators or assigns the full sum of one hundred and sixty three
dollars Current money with legal Interest for the same on or before the
first day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and thirty nine then and in such case these presents and every matter
and thing herein contained shall cease determine and be utterly void
to all intents and purposes any thing herein Contained to the Contrary
Notwithstanding and the said Cha.s Willigman Jun.r for himself and the
said Cha.s Willigman Jun.r his Executors and administrators all and singular
the said goods furniture and household Stuff by these presents granted
bargained and sold and every part thereof unto the said John Lamb
his Executors administrators and assigns against him the said Cha.s Willigman
J.r his Executors and administrators and against all and every other
person and persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and defend
by these presents                           Charles Willigman Junior

                        At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

       State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit be it remembered and
it is hereby Certified that on this the fifth day of June in the year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and thirty nine personally appear before
me Cha.s Willigman Jun.r and acknowledges this Instrument of writing

       Know all men by these That I Editha Williams of Anne
Arundel County in the State of Maryland for and in Consideration of the
Sum of two hundred dollars Current money to me in hand paid by William
Bryan of the County and state aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof I the said Editha Williams do hereby
