of maryland & for the County aforesaid the said John S E Nutwell being
know to the subscriber as the above named grantor and acknowledged foregoing
instrument of writing to be his act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned

7      Recorded the 24 day of December 1844


       Know all men by these presents That I William Chase of the City of
Annapolis for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars current
money to me in hand paid by Thomas Parkinson of the City aforesaid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I the said
William Chase do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Thomas Parkinson his
Executors administrators and assigns all the goods herein after particularly
mentioned that is to say 18 chairs 1 Rocking chair one large dining table one
ingrown carpet one looking glass two small looking glasses one bureau one
sideboard one round table one large pine table one small table [illegible]
one ten plate stove one [illegible] skillet a Lot of crockery ware a Lot
Kitchen ware a Lot of knives & forks one pair brass and irons pair shovel &
Tongs one high post bedstead one small ditto one Trident bedsteads three feather
beds and furniture one clock 17 pair ladies gater coats tow pair small ditto
37 pair moracco shoes 21 pair small shoes 21 pair buthes shoes a Lot of Casts
24 stove boxes all and singular which said goods and chattels are now in the
occupation of the said William Chase  To have and To hold all and singular
the said goods and furniture unto the the premises above bargained and sold
or mentioned so to be to the said Thomas Parkinson his Executors administrators
and assigns for ever  And I the said William Chase for myself my heirs
executors and administrators all and singular the said goods and furniture
and other the premises unto the said Thomas Parkinson his executors administrators
and assigns against me the said William Chase my Executors and administrators
and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will
warrant and for ever defend by these presents  In Witness whereof I hereunto
set my hand and seal this Eighteenth day of December Eighteen hundred and
forty four
Signed Sealed & delivered in the            Wm Chase   (seal)
presence of      Wm Glover

             At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

       Anne Arundel County ss  Be it remembered and it is hereby [illegible]
that on this 18 day of December Eighteen hundred and forty four before me the
