same described property above bargained and sold to the said B B Elliott his
Executors administrators and assigns for ever to his and their only proper use and
benefit and I the said William Watson for myself my Executors and administrators
shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents to the said B B Elliott
his Executors administrators and assigns the said described property against me my
Executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons
whomsoever claiming the same or any prat thereof  In Testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the 27th day of February 1844
Signed Sealed and delivered in presence            William Watson   (seal)

          On the back of the aforegoing was thus written to wit:

       Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit:  On this 27th day of February 1844
before me one of the Justices of the peace in and for said County appears William
Watson and acknowledges the foregoing writing to be his act and deed according
to the true intent and meaning thereof and the Act of Assembly in such case made
and provided      Acknowledged before            Gassaway Winterson

          Know all men by these presents that I John G Hall of Ann
Arundel County and State of maryland that for and in consideration of the
sum of two hundred dollars current money of the United States to him in
hand paid by James Shaw of Prince Georges County and State of Maryland
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I hereby
do give grant bargin and sell unto the said James Shaw his heirs and
assigns the following property to wit  Two horses one Colt two Cows two
beds bedsteads and furniture one clock one bureau one dozen winsor
chairs one dross Glass one pit one oven one skillet one tea kettle
the same To have and To hold and his heirs and assigns forever  In
Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my
seal this seventeenth day of February in the year of our Lord Eighteen
hundred and forty four                                        his

presence of   Saml H Hamilton                          mark

          At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

       Maryland Anarundel County to wit  On this 17 day of February
in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and forty four personally
appears John S Hall before the subscriber a Justice of the peace of
