          On the back of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

    Anne Arundel County Sct  On this 7th day of September 1843 personally
appears before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for said County
John Ridout he being known to me to be the person who is named and
described as and professing to be the person who is named and
doth acknowledge the said Indenture or instrument of writing to be his act
and deed  In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on the day and
year aforesaid                                          Wm Glover

          This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of September in the
year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and forty three  Between Benjamin W
W Tucker of Anne Arundel County State of maryland of the one part and
John F Wilson of the said County and State one the other part  Witnesseth that
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars
Current money paid to the said Tucker by the said Wilson for which sum of
one hundred and twenty dollars the said Tucker stands justly indebted and
to secure the payment of said sum ot said Wilson the said Tucker doth hereby
bargain sell and confirm unto said J F Wilson one bay mare one Gray horse
one red Cow one red heiffer and one Calf and the said Tucker doth hereby agree
that the said Wilson may take unto his possession for his own use and benefit
or may sell here out or otherwise dispose of for the purpose of making the aforesaid
sum of money that he may see fit and right in the premises and for no other
purpose  In Testimony of which the said Benjamin W W Tucker hath
hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal this date and year first
above written

             At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

          State of maryland Anne Arundel County to wit

                   Be it remembered and it is hereby Certified that on this 18 day
of September in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and forty three
before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace of the State of
Maryland in and for Anne Arundel County personally appears B W
W Tucker the person who is named and described as and professing
to be the party to the aforegoing deed or Indenture and doth acknowledge
the said Indenture or instrument of writing to be his act and deed
In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on the day
