sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Alexander
Owens his Executors administrators and assigns all the growing Crops now
standing upon the land and premises whereon the said Fielder Owens now resides
Consisting of Indian Corn Tobacco water Mellons Cantalopes Potatoes and every
species of vegetables and other Crops which are now growing in and upon the
premises are now remaining in possession and occupation of the said Fielder
Owens  To have and To hold all and singular the said Crops as above mentioned
and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be
to the said Alexander Owens his Executors administrators and assigns forever
And I the said Fielder Owens for myself my heirs Executors and administrators
all and singular the said Crops and other the premises above mentioned unto the
said Alexander Owens his Executors administrators and assigns against me
the said Fielder Owens my Executors and administrators and against all and
every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever
defend by these presents of all and singular the said Crops and other the premises
I the said Fielder Owens have put the said Alexander Owens in full possession
by delivering to him the said Alexander Owens the whole of the Crops and premises
as aforesaid at the sealing and delivering of these presents in the name of the
whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned or intended to be so unto
him the said Alexander Owens his heirs and assigns for ever  In Witness
whereof I the said Fielder Owens have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal this nineteenth day of August in the year one thousand Eight hundred
and forty three

presence of         J W Hunter

       At the foot of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit

    State of maryland A A County to wit  Be it remembered and it is hereby
Certified that on this nineteenth day of August one thousand Eight hundred
and forty three before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace of the
State of maryland in and for Anne Arundel County personally appears
Fielder Owens being known to me to be the person who is named and
described as and professing to be a party to the foregoing bill of sale or
Indenture and doth acknowledge the said Indenture or instrument of
writing to be his act and deed  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed
my name on the day and year aforesaid                  J W Hunter
