in all cases of Intestacy under the act of assembly entitled an act to direct Descents
to the heirs at Law of the said Anne D Worthington in the same manner with the rest
of the sole and separate property of the said Anne D Worthington as provided for
by Deed of Trust between the above mentioned parties and the said Ann D
Worthington Executed on or about the nineteenth day of April Eighteen hundred
and thirty Six and recorded among the Land Records of Prince Georges County
free from any claim or demand whatever of the said Charles G Worthington his
heirs Executors administrators and assigns  In Testimony whereof the said
Charles G Worthington hath hereunto set his hand and seal on the day
and year first above written

         presence of Tho.s C Miller

                      At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

                State of Maryland Anne Arundel C.o Sc.t  Be it remembered and
it is hereby Certified that on this Twenty fourth day of December in the year
of our Lord Eighteen hundred and thirty Eight before the Subscriber a Justice
of the Peace of the State of maryland in and for Anne Arundel County aforesaid
personally appears Charles G Worthington he being known to me to be the person
whose named and described as and professing to be a party to the foregoing
Deed or Indenture and doth acknowledge the said Indenture to be his act and
deed  In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on the day and
year aforesaid                     Thomas C Miller Justice of the Peace

This Indenture made this first day of January Eighteen hundred and Thirty
nine between Mahlon and Nelson Sulivan of Anne Arundel County and state
of Maryland of the one part and Talbott G Shipley of the County and state
aforesaid of the other part  Whereas the said Mahlon and Nelson Sulivan
owes and stands Justly indebted to the said Talbott G Shipley in the sum
of Two Hundred & thirty Eight dollars and Seventy seven Cents Current
Money and to secure the payment thereof is willing to Execute these presents
Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the s.d Mahlon and Nelson Sulivan
for and in Consideration of the premises and of the sum of five dollars Current
money to him in hand paid by the said Talbott G Shipley at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents
doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Talbott G Shipley his heirs
Executors administrators and assigns all and singular the goods Horses
                                                                                     farming
