       At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

       State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit  On this 4 day of Decemb in the year
of our Lord 1841 Came before me one of the Justices of the peace in and for the State and County
aforesaid Came Solomon Knighton and acknowledged the above Instrument of writing
to be his act and deed according to the true Intent and meaning thereof and the act of
assembly in such a case made and provided  As Witness my hand and seal

4      Recorded the 6 day of December 1841
         

    Know all Men by these presents that I Thomas Parkinson of Anne Arundel
County in the State of Maryland for and in Consideration of the sum of two hundred
dollars Current money to me in hand paid by Margaret Wailes of the said County
and State at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt
whereof I the said Thomas Parkinson do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Margaret
her Executors administrators and assigns all the goods household stuff implements
and furniture hereinafter mentioned and expressed that is to say eight feather beds
and bedsteads one side board six mahogany tables two dozen chairs one settee four
Wash Stands two bureaus six pine tables thirty six yards domestic carpeting and all other
the household and kitchen furniture of the said Thomas Parkinson of which he is now
in possession all and which saide goods and chattels are now remaining standing and
being in a certain messuage and tenement situate on the Corner of Frances Street in the
City of Annapolis and now in the occupation of the said Thomas Parkinson  To have
and To Hold all and singular the said goods household Stuff and furniture and other
the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said
Margaret Wailes her Executors administrators and assigns forever and I the said Thomas
Parkinson for myself my heirs executors and administrators all and singular the said
goods household stuff and furniture and other the premises unto the said
Margaret Wailes her executors administrators and assigns against me the said
Thomas Parkinson my executors and administrators and against all and every
other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend
by these presents  In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Parkinson have
hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of December Eighteen hundred and
forty one
