112 dollars Current money to me in hand paid by James H Iglehart of the County aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof we the said John Thomas and Joseph Thomas do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said James H Iglehart his Executors administrators and assigns one sein oars and boat all and singular which said goods and chattels are now remaining in the possession of the said James H Iglehart To have and To hold all and Singular the said goods & chattels and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said James H Iglehart his Executors administrators and assigns for ever and we said John Thomas and Joseph Thomas for ourselves our heirs Executors and administrators all and singular the said goods and chattels and other the premises unto the said James H Iglehart his Executors administrators and assigns against we the said John Thomas and Joseph Thomas our Executors administrators and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said goods and chattels and other the premises we said John Thomas and Joseph Thomas have put the said James ^H^ Iglehart in full possession of by delivering the same In witness whereof we said John Thomas and Joseph Thomas hath set their hands and seals This 8.th day of January one thousand and Eight hundred and forty one his Witness William Sewell John x Thomas (seal) Exd d d mark 50cts his Joseph x Thomas (seal) mark 3¾ Recorded the 30th day of January 1841 Know all men by these presents that I Dennis Boyd of Anne Arundel County in the State of maryland for and in Consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars Current money to me in hand paid by James Iglehart of the City of Annapolis in the County and State aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I the said Dennis Boyd do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said James Iglehart his Executors administrators and assigns all and singular the goods chattels and personal property herein after particularly mentioned and expressed that is to say all the Crop of Tobacco raised and made by him the said Dennis Boyd on his Farm on South River on which he resides in the year Eighteen hundred and forty and which is now hanging in the Houses on said Farm or in Bulk therein To have and To hold all and singular the said goods Chattels and personal property hereinbefore granted bargained and sold or Mentioned or intended so to be unto the said James Iglehart his Executors administrators (and) |
