the chattel records of Howard District (now County in Liber
E. P. H. N.o 2 folio 134 &c and who in accordance with
the provisions of the said assignment of trust was
with other personal property reconveyed to me by the
said Zachariah Brown by assignment dated the
twenty second day of July eighteen hundred and fifty
four[                  In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this eleventh
day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty five

State of Maryland Howard County to wit:
       Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that
on this eleventh day of July in the year one thousand
eight hundred and fifty five before the subscriber a
Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland in and
for said Howard County personally appeared M.c
Lane Brown he being known to me to be the person
who is named and described as and professing to be
party to the foregoing deed or instrument of writing
and acknowledged the same to be his act and deed
    In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my
name on the day and year aforesaid

Received on the aforegoing instrument of writing
when presented for record one dollar in lieu of
stamp under the act of 1846 ch 61

County brought before me the subscriber one

up on his enclosure a grey horse
about sixteen hands high upwards of ten
