Hare and acknowledge the above instrument of writing to be their act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof and at the same time appeared before me Robert H. Hare the grantee in the said Bill of sale named and made oath that the consideration set forth in said Bill of sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth Sam.l Webb J. P. State of Maryland Baltimore city sct I hereby certify that Samuel Webb Esquire before whom the annexed acknowledgment & affidavit were made and who has thereto subscribed his name was at the time of so doing a Justice of the Peace of the state of the state of maryland in and for the city of Baltimore duly commissioned and sworn.
