66 the said goods Horses cows &c and others the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be to the said George L. stockett his executors administrators and assigns forever and I the said Alexander L. Mackey for myself my heirs executors and administrators all and singular the said goods Horses cows and other the premises unto the said George L. stockett his executors administrators and assigns against me the said Alexander L. Mackey my executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said goods Horses cows and other the premises I the said Alexander L. Mackey have put the said George L. stockett in full possession by delivering to him the said George L. stockett one black Mare Tolly at the sealing and delivering of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be unto him the said George L. stockett as aforesaid Witness A.
