Stockett Farmer of Howard county and state aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof I the said Alexander L. Mackey do hereby acknowledge Have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said George L. stockett his executors administrators and assigns all the goods hereinafter particularly mentioned that is to say one bay mare Fashion one black mare Jolly one black Horse Mike five cows all and singular which said goods and chattels are now remaining standing and being on a certain farm situate in Howard county and none in the occupation of the said Alexander L.
