William botterill Margaret A. Botterill Olivia A. Botterill George T. Botterill Mary Parker Botterill James O. Botterill wishing to secure to them the benefit of the property and interest which I have in the property left by my late husband as well as any other which I may possess and having confidence in William Botterill do hereby appoint him Trustee for said children and by this instrument of writing do fully convey unto him as Trustee aforesaid all the cattle horses and other live stock which I own or in which I have any interest and all the household furniture and other stuff together with my dower right in the land owned by my land husband and all produce and goods of every kind which may be on said land. To Have and To Hold all and singular the said goods and chattels household stuff furniture and dower right and other the premises above conveyed or mentioned and intended so to be to the said William Botterill Trustee as aforesaid his executors administrators and assigns and I the said Elizabeth Botterill will for myself my heirs executors and administrators all and singular the said goods household stuff and furniture and other the premises unto the said William Botterill and his executors administrators and assigns against against me the said Elizabeth Botterill my executors and administrators and against all and every other person or |
