 I William Fisher of Howard County and State of
Maryland in consideration of the Sum of one Hundred
and ten Dollars of the amt paid to me by George
Ellicott of Howard County and State aforesaid do
                          hereby bargain and sell unto the said George Ellicott the following property
                          to wit one Bay Stalion Thom Telegraff Jr Two Cows and Plow &
                          Harrow Shovels Plow and all the House Hold Furnature that I have
                          in the house      Witness My hand and Seal this 21st day of July 1860

                                      State of Maryland Howard County to wit
                          I hereby certify that on this 21st day of July 1860 personally appeared
                          William Fisher before the Subscriber a Justice of the Peace
                          for said County and acknowledged the above instrument of
                          writing to be his act and the said William fisher having signed
                          the foregoing instrument before me

dollars paid me by Thomas H Hood
                          of the said county do hereby bargain and sell to the said Thomas
                          H Hood the following property one negro man called Gideon
                          Wright one brown Colt 4 years old on  heifer with white
                          and red spots, one white and black spotted cow, one red cow
                          Witness my hand and Seal this the thirteenth day of october
                          Eighteen hundred and sixty
                          Sighned and Sealed in the                  Deborah Edmundson   (seal)
                          presence of C W Edmondson J. P.
                                               State of Maryland Howard County to wit:
                          I hereby certify That on this thirteenth day of October
                          in the year eighteen hundred & sixty before the Subscriber,
