of the Peace of the State of Maryland in and for the County afforsaid aforesaid personly appeard Bassel Cavy Joseph Cavy and Cornelaus Cavy And acknowledged them Selves each and Severally to owe and stand Justly Indepted to the State of Maryland in the sum of eighty dollars to be made and levied of their boddys Goods and chattles lands and tenemants Respectively for the use of the Said State upon condition nevertheless that if the said Bassel Cavy shall Indemnify the said County from all charges that may arise from the maintanance of a female illegetimate child by him begotten on the boddy of Amelia G Miller of which she was delivered on the ninth day of March in |
