465 State of Maryland Howard County to wit I hereby Certify that on this 9th day of July 1860 before me a Justice of the peace in & for said County and State personally appear Michael H Haller and Gustavus Tucker and do each acknowledge the foregoing deed to be their respective acts and at the same time the said Gustavus Tucker made oath that the consideration set forth in the foregoing bill of sale is true & bona fide as therein stated J G. Worthington Received to be recorded on the 24th day of July 1860 same day Recorded & Examined per W W Watkins clk
do hereby bargain and sell to the said Nathaniel C Partridge the following property to wit one bay horse Dick and one Spring Market Wagon and on set of harness Witness my hand and Seal this twenty Sixth day of July in the year eighteen hundred and sixty Test Edwd Harwood James E Cassidy (seal) State of Maryland Howard County to wit: I hereby Certify that on this twenty Sixth day of July in the year Eighteen hundred and Sixty before the Subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for Howard County aforesaid personally appeared James E Cassidy and acknowledged the aforegoing Bill of Sale to be his act and at the same time came Nathaniel C Partridge and made oath in due form of law that the consideration in Said Bill of Sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth Edwd Harwood J P.
