Bill of Sale to
George Ellicott
I Thomas Cramblett and Ann A.
Cramblett his wife of Howard County
and State of Maryland in consideration
of twenty five cents paid
me by George Ellicott of Howard County and State aforesaid
do hereby bargain and sell to the said George Ellicott
2 bed steads one cribb six beds three Tables Eighteen chairs
two rocking chairs on  Braureau one safe two stoves 28
yards of carpet two sets of Dishes twelve quilts seven
pillers three Looking Glasses.  The condition of the above
named bill of sale is such that if the above named John
Cramblett do well and truly make his personal appearance
at the next Circuit Court for Howard County before the
Judge thereof and not depart thence without out leave
thereof then this bill of sale is to be null and void otherwise
to remain in full force at Law

I hereby certify that on this 2nd day of June in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty personally
appeared before me a Justice of the Peace for Howard
County aforesaid Thomas Cramblett and Ann A.
Cramblett his wif acknowledged the foregoing Bill
of Sale to be their act and at the same time also appeared
George Ellicott and made oath in due form of Law that
the Consideration in the said bill of sale is true and bona
fide as therein set forth
