459 in Testimony Whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on the day and year aforesaid Lloyd W Delawder J. P. on this 11th day of June 1860 personally appeared James A. Albaugh before me a Justice of the peace for Howard County and state of Maryland and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration mentioned in the foregoing Bill of sale is True and Bonefied as set forth in said Bill of sale Lloyd W Delawder J. P. Received to be recorded on the 15th day of June 1860 same day recorded and Examined per W W Watkins clk
June A D 1860 In Consideration thereoff do hereby bargain and Sell to the said Cyrus Huntington The following property (to Wit) one Cow 2 Beds & Bedstead 1 Dozen chairs, Three Tables 1 Sofa 1 Wardrobe 1 Bureau 2 Stoves 2 Carpets 1 Settee 1 Doz Silver Spoons Provided that if the Said Emeline R Chew shall pay to the said Cyrus Huntington the sum of one hundred dollars with the interest thereon on or before the 13th day of June A D 1861 Then these presents shall be void Test Edwd Harwood Emeline R Chew (seal) State of Maryland Howard Co to wit: I hereby Certify that on this 14th day of June 1860 personally appeared before me the Subscriber a Justice of the peace for Howard Co. Emeline R Chew & acknowledged the foregoing bill of sale to be her act Edwd Harwood J. P. Also at the same time personally appeared Cyrus Huntington & made oath in due form of law the consideration herein set forth is true and bona fide as stated in these presents Edwd Harwood J. P.
