October 1870 Emma now about 23 years old to be free on the
20th day of November in the year 1872, Nace now about
20 years old to be free on the 20th day of October in the year
1875, Rachel now about 21 years old to be free on the 20th
day of November in the year 1874 Gustavus now about 16
years old to be free on the 20th day of July in the year 1879
Lucy now about 14 years old to be free on the 20th day of February
in the year 1881, Maria now about 14 years old to be
free on the 20th day of December in the year 1881, Frank
now about 13 years old to be free on the 20th day of February
in the year 1882 Mary now about 10 years old to be free
on the 20th day of May in the year 1885 Harriet now
about 10 years old to be free on the 20th day of June in
the year 1885 John now about 9 years old to be free on the
20th day of October in the year 1886 Joshua now about
5 years old to be free on the 20th day of April in the year
1890, Hannah now about 2 years old to be free on the
20th day of November in the year 1893, Rachels infant
now about a year old to be free on the first day of June
in the year 1894 and Emma's enfant now about a month
old to be free on the first day of May in the year 1895
    The issue and decendants of the female servants in
the foregoing list that shall be born during the respective
terms of Servitude or slavery of their mothers to
serve until their severally attaining the full age of
thirty five years and then to be free.  Witness my hand
and Seal this thirty first day of May in the year Eighteen
hundred and Sixty
Test the year "1895" being substituted
for 1894 in the case of Nace & the year       Jas B Mathews   (seal)
1893 substituted for 1883 in the case of
Hannah before Execution
