445 and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and Just Sum of Two Thousand dollars current money to be paid to the State of Maryland To Which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our Seals and dated this thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Urbin W Day appointed a constable in the fourth election District of Howard County do and shall well and faithfully execute the same office in all things appertaining thereto and shall well and faithfully execute all warrants and other processes to him directed and delivered and shall also well and truly pay and deliver to the person or persons entitled to receive the same all Sum or Sums of money tobacco goods and chattels or other property by him levied seized or taken and shall also keep and detain in Safe Custody all and every person or persons committed to his custody and shall also well and truly execute and perform the several duties required of or imposed upon him by the Laws of this State then this obligation to be void and of none effect else to remain in full force and virtue in Law Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of Urbin W Day (seal) Basil E Williams George W Warfield of A (Seal) Warren Dorsey M W Warfield (seal) I David E Hopkins a Justice of the peace of the state of Maryland in and for Howard County do hereby Certify that Basil E Williams and Warren Dorsey this day appeared before me and took the following Oath we Basil E Williams and Warrant Dorsey subscribing witnesses to the within Bond do make Oath that the obligors mentioned in the said bond did severally in our presence sign seal and deliver the said bond as their act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned Given under my hand this 31st day of April in the year 1860 David E Hopkins J P May 8.th 1860 Approved by the Comrs Wm Hughes Theodore Tubman Charles G Linthicum Filed to be recorded on the 8th day of May 1860 Same day recorded and Examined per W W Watkins clk |
