432 promise and agree to and with the said Horatio Trundle his Executors and Administrators that he the said Francis his heirs Executors and administrators shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Horatio Trundle his executors administrators or assigns the said sum of two thousand dollars current money with legal interest thereon annually according to the term of the single bill aforesaid And the said Horatio Trundle for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant promise and agree to and with the said parties of the first part and the survivor of them & the heirs Executors & administrators of said survivor that the said parties of the first part shall hold use occupy and possess the said slaves goods and chattels implements and furniture and receive the issues and profits thereof until default it made in the payment of the said sum of two thousand dollars with the legal interest thereon as aforesaid or some part thereof without any lawful let suit interruption disturbance claim or demand whatsoever of from or by the said Horatio his heirs or assigns or any person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under him them or any of them.
