433 out of the presence and hearing of her said husband whether she doth execute and acknowledge the same freely and voluntarily and without being induced to do so by fear or threats of or ill usage by her husband or by fear of his displeasure declareth and saith that she doth In Testimony Whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on the day and year aforesaid Philip L Phillips State of Maryland Montgomery County Sct: Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this the fourth day of October in the year eighteen hundred & fifty four before the Subscriber a Justice of the peace in & for the county aforesaid personally appear Horatio Trundle he being known to me to be the mortgagee or grantee in the aforegoing indenture or mortgage named and made oath (on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God) that the consideration set forth in the said mortgage is true and bona fide as therein set forth Walter H Adamson It is hereby agreed by F S Key and E H Key of the first part and Horatio Trundle of the second part that after the interest being calculated and credits having been allowed that their still remains due to Horatio Trundle to this date upon a note or single Bill to which this mortgage is to secure the payment thereof Fifteen hundred and one dollars and thirty five cents in witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names this twenty second day of March 1860 F S Key E Ll Key Horatio Trundle Received to be recorded on the 24th day of March 1860 at 12 oclk m same day recorded & Examined per W W Watkins clk
