do hereby bargain and sell to the said William F Anderson the following property viz: 20 pairs of Bedsteads, Twenty matrases Four feather beds, Four dozen chairs, eight tables twelve wash stands Eight looking Glasses, Bedding for 20 Beds, Carpeting for four rooms a lot of matting, all the china and table ware in the Hotel at Poplar Springs, Four stoves and fixtures, one carrage, one horse, one half of crops growing & grown upon said premises, 12 Hogs, two Cows, Bar fixtures and liquors on hand. Provided if the said F D Anderson shall pay to the said William F Simmons within three years from this date the said sum of two hundred dollars and interest from October 10.th 1858 then this Bill of Sale to be void. Witness my hand and seal this eighteenth day of November 1859 F. D. Anderson (seal) Witness Same F. Simmons State of maryland Howard County to wit: I hereby certify that on this eighteenth day of November before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for Howard County personally appears Francis D.
