by the Said M Bannon hath granted, bargained and Sold
released, Conveyed, assigned, transfered and Set over and by
these presents doth freely and absolutely grant bargain and
Sell release, convey, assign transfer and Set over unto the
Said M Bannon his heirs executors and administrators
all and every the household goods and furniture effects and
chattels debts and Sum and Sums of money belonging
to and due or owing to him the Said William Shipley as are
in the Schedule of the Said ^William Shipley^ particularly mentioned; and also
all other the property and estate real personal and mixed
of What Kind nature or quality soever (excepting the necessary
Wearing apparel, bed and bedding of the Said William
Shipley) Which the Said William Shipley has or claims any
title to or is in any respect entitled to in possession, remainder
or reversion:  To Have and to Hold the Same and every part
and parcel thereof unto him the Said M Bannon his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in trust
for the Creditors of the Said            and for their use and
benefit agreeably to the act of Assembly entitled "An Act
for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors"
    In Witness Whereof the Said William Shipley hath
hereunto Set his hand and affixed his Seal the day
and year first above mentioned
Signed Sealed and delivered                    his
       in the presence of                  William x Shipley
       Thomas Jenkins                              mark
State of maryland Howard County S.
Be it Remembered That on this fifth day of August
in the year eighteen hundred and fifty ^nine^ personally appeared
William Shipley before me the Subscriber the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for Howard County to Whom the Said William
Shipley has made application for the benefit of the Insolvent
laws of Maryland as Mentioned in the foregoing
Instrument of Writing (I being Satisfied that he is the person
described as and professing to be the party to the Said
Instrument of Writing) and acknowledged the Same to be his
act and deed
