37 administrators and assigns one dark bay Horse one bay Mare two brindle cows four Hogs one 2 horse barshan plough, one single shovel plough one double do, one Harrow, one 2 horse do, one cultivator, one cart, one 2 horse waggon, 2 sett of plough gears, 1 sett of cart do, one crop of oats, one crop of corn, potatoes in the ground. To have and to hold the said described property to the said Abraham Jones Sr. his executors, administrators and assigns forever; and I the said Bartholomew Welsh for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, the said Bartholomin Welsh unto the said Abraham Jones Sr. his executors and administrators and assigns against the said Bartholomew Welsh Executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of July Eighteen hundred and fifty four his Signed sealed and Bartholomew x Welsh (seal) delivered in the presence mark of E. C. Lyons Howard County SS. Be it remembered that on this seventeenth day of July 1854 before the subscriber a justice of the peace for Howard County appears Bartholomew Welsh and acknowledges the above instrument of writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof And at the same time appeared before me Abraham Jones Sr. the grantee in the said Bill of Sale named and made oath that the consideration set forth in said Bill of sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth E.
