hand paid by Abraham Brewer Jr the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge hath bargained sold assigned and transferred and by these presents doth bargain sell assign & transfer unto the said Abraham Brewer his executors administrators and assigns all the said Benjamin Williams Guardian for the said Emily L. Cooke right title and interest in and to the negro man Abraham Brewer 1st aged sixty six years or upward a slave for life which said slave was lately in the possession of Benjamin Williams Guardian of said Emily L. Cooke but now in the possession of Abraham Brewer Jr. To have and to hold the said negro Abraham Brewer 1st with all the right and interest of said Benjamin Williams Guardian of said Emily L. Cooke in and to the said negro Abraham unto the said Abraham Brewer Jr. his executors administrators and assigns forever.
