hereby bargain and sell to the said Robert H. Hare a flea bitten
grey horse heretofore purchased by me from said Hare being about
ten years old:  Provided that if I the said Andrew Yinger shall
pay to the said Hare the said sum of seventy five dollars according
to the tenor of the said promissory notes on or before the tenth
day of August next then these presents shall be void
          Witness my hand and seal this seventh day of June 1859

a Justice of the Peace personally appeared Andrew
Yinger and acknowledged the aforegoing deed to be his act

I hereby certify that on this          day of June in the year 1859 before
me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the state of Maryland in
and for Howard County personally appeared Robert H Hare
and made oath according to law that the consideration of the
aforegoing mortgage Bill of sale is true and bona fide as therein

Received to be recorded on the 9th day of June 1859 at 6 Oclock
P. M same day Recorded and Examined per.

    Bill of Sale to
Abram England
I Thomas Lucy of Howard County Maryland
in consideration of three hundred and sixty
nine dollars paid me in past and assumed
to be paid for me to sundry persons by Abram
England of said county have sold and do hereby sell unto the
said Abram England the following goods and chattles to wit:
one cook stove, three other stoves, two ^Bureaus one^ book cases, one bedstead
bed and bedding two tables, one wardrobe six chairs and one
clock, and also my entire stock of store goods namely dry goods
Queens ware, Hand ware Groceries, Boots shows, Medicines, Drugs
notions and store fixtures all of which are now in my possession
and I hereby agree and promise to deliver to said England
his heirs or assigns any and all of said goods chattles and
personal effects when ever he or they may demand the
same.  And I further agree and promise that all additions
made from time to time to the stock of store goods now

Delivered to A. England March 16th 1863
