  Releas of Bill of
          sale to
John M Warfield
In consideration of the sum of two hundred
Dollars and eight seven dollars and ten cents a
debt for which John M Warfield executed to
us a bill of sale which was recorded among the
chattle records of Howard County on the 6th day
of July 1858 we hereby release all and singular
the said property in said bill of sale mentioned:  and we do hereby
declare every matter and thing contained in said bill of sale null
and void and the goods and chattles therein mentioned to be fully
finally and forever released from all and every claim we could
possibly put up to the same Witness our hands and seals this 7 June 1859

State of Maryland Howard County to wit:  I hereby certify that
on this 7th day of June 1859 before me a subscriber Justice of the

the aforegoing release to be their respective act

   Howard County to wit:
  I hereby certify that James McGee of Howard
County brought before me the subscriber one of
the justices of the peace in and for Howard County this eighth day
of June in the year 1859 as a stray trespassing upon his enclosure
a small grey mare about five years old with a scar below her
left eye Given under my hand and seal

being now indebted to Robert H. Hare
of Howard County in the sum of seventy
five dollars for which I have given him
my two notes of even date here with one for forty dollars
payable on demand and the other for thirty five dollars
payable in sixty days do in consideration thereof
