said Catharine E Heckrotte owes and stands justly indebted to the said William Brown of F. in the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars current money and to secure the payment thereof is willing to execute these presents. Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said Catherine E Heckrotte for and in consideration of the premises and of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars current money to her in hand paid by the said William Brown of F. at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, and sold, and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said William Brown of F. his Executors, Administrators and assigns all and singular the goods furniture and household stuff hereinafter particularly mentioned and expressed that is to say Two horses two cows, one wagon, one ox cart, Two seed plows, Two double and one single shovel Plows, one dimond Harrow, one grindstone, Eighteen Hogs, Two bed steads, one trummel ditto, Three feather beds, one bureau, Two wash stands, six cain seat chairs, one clock and two mahogany Tables to have and to hold all and singular the said goods furniture and household stuff, unto the said William Brown of F. his Executors administrators and assigns, to his and their own use and behoof. Provided always and it is declared to be the true intent and meaning of these presents that if the said Catharine E Heckrotte do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William Brown of F. his executors administrators or assigns the full sum of two hundred and fifty dollars current money legal Interest for the same on or before the first day of December in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine then and in such case these presents and every matter and thing herein contained shall cease determine and be utterly void to all intents and purposes any thing to the contrary notwithstanding and the said Cath E. Heckrotte hereby covenants and agrees with the said William Brown of F that she the said Cath E Heckrotte her heirs executors or administrators shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William Brown of F his executors administrators or assigns the said sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars current money together with Interest for the same after the aforesaid at such times and after such manner as hereinbefore set forth and agreed for the payment thereof.
