the formation of corporation for manufacturing purposes We the undersigned have this day associated under the corporate name and style of the Sago^n^an Manufactoring Company of Howard County. The object of this association is the manufactoring and sale of cotton wool and other yarne and cloths. The capital stock of the association shall be one hundred and twenty five thousand dollars divided into twelve hundred and fifty shares of one hundred dollars each. The undersigned five in number shall act as directors and shall manage the concerns for the first year.
