Loder State of Maryland County of Howard to wit: I hereby certify that on this thirteenth day of December in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight before the subscriber a justice of the Peace of the said state in and for the county aforesaid personally appeared Robert Richey who acknowledged the above bill of sale to be his act W.
