in hand paid By Catherine Botrell of the County and state aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell assign and deliver unto the said Catherine Botrell her executors administrators and assigns one negro woman Fanny slave for life dark co^u^lored and aged about forty seven years to have and to Hold the said negro woman Fanny to the said Catherine Botrell her executors administrators and assigns forever & I the said ^said^ Seth W. Warfield for myself my heirs executors and administrators the said negro woman fany as Aslave for life unto the said Catherine Botrell her Executors administrators and assigns against me the said Seth W.
