and sell and convey unto the said William S Sherman & co all the press types, fixtures, subscriptions, advertisements good will & also one large hand Press one small Hand Press one hundred lbs nonpareil type together with all the type & counter with and belonging to the said establishment known as the Rurrel Souhernor situated at Ellicotts Mills on Main Street in the building known as the Odd Fellows Hall; To have and to hold the said type Press fixtures unto the said William S. Sherman & to their heirs and assigns forever Witness my hand and seal this the twentieth day of May A. D. 1858 Richard Edwards (seal) Test W M Kinley State of Maryland City of Baltimore to wit I hereby certify that on the twentieth day of May 1858 personally appeared before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace for the city aforesaid Richard Edwards and acknowledged the foregoing bill of sale to be his act And at the same time appeared before me William S Sherman one of the grantees named in the said Bill of Sale and made oath that the consideration set forth in said bill of Sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth The words "known as the Rural Sourthener" Wm M Kinley between the 11.th and 12.th lines inserted before signing Received to be Recorded the 3.rd of August 1858 and same day recorded and examined pr W.
