chains bar shovel brier scythe one half bushel measure
mallo and wedges one square two draining knives one
foot adze rakes and hoes one horse carriage two horses
harness & halters one cow called Dolly one cow called Queen
one cow called Pink one cow called Kiddy one heifer called
Albany six shoats one sow and pigs one waggon and wagon
bed one hay bed one wheat fan iron plough wood plough
spike harrow two cultivators one Roler plough double swingletrees
triple trees two grain cradles two mowing scythes two
oats forks & mattock two shovels one grind stone & hangings four
tons of Hay straw and corn fodder one broad axe three axes three
planes one lot of lumber all of which were on the farm I sold
to Rebecca Maloney and mentioned in a bill of sale from me
to said Rebecca dated 15.th February 1858 & by her neglected to
be recorded according to law.  Wherefore this bill of sale is
given.  To have and to hold the above described property
goods and chattels unto the said Rebecca Maloney her
personal representatives and assigns for ever

day of August in the year eighteen hundred fifty eight

This is to certify that on the seventh day of August in the year eighteen
hundred and fifty eight before me the subscriber a justice of the
peace of the State of Maryland in and for the city Baltimore personally
appeared Joseph G Johnson within named and acknowledged the
foregoing bill of sale to be his act and deed and I further certify
that at the same time also personally appeared before me Rebecca Maloney
the grantee within named and made oath in due form of law
that the consideration set forth in the foregoing bill of sale is true
and bona fide as therein set forth.   Witness my hand and seal
on the day and year aforesaid
