  Bill of Sale to
Deborah Disney
 I Zachariah Hinton of Howard County and
the State of Maryland in consideration of the
Sum of seventeen dollars and fifty cents paid
me by Deborah Disney of the County and
State aforesaid do hereby bargain and sell to the said Deborah Disney
The following described property to wit:  Two feather beds bedding
and two bed steads one cotton bed bedding and bed stead one
one stove six cane seat chairs six Windsor chairs one cherry dining
Table one pine Table one dozen knives & forks one doz plates
one doz Cups & Saucers one bureau two stands one chest one clock
twenty five yds of Rag Carpet twenty five yards Woolen Carpet
four pictures and frames
    Witness my hand and seal this fourteenth day of May in the
year eighteen hundred and fifty eight

I hereby Certify that on the 14th day of May 1858 before the
Subscriber a Justice of the peace of the said State in and for
the County aforesaid personally appeared Zachariah Hinton
and acknowledged the foregoing Bill of Sale to be his act and
at the same time appeared Deborah Disney and made Oath in
due form of law that he Consideration in said bill of sale
is true and bona fide as therein set forth
