said James Sykes and also all his debts accounts evidences
of debt and assets of every description;
To hold the Same unto the said Daniel Miller his heirs executors
administrators and assigns.  In trust nevertheless that
the said Daniel Miller shall as soon as conveniently may
be sell and dispose of at public or private sale in such
made and on such terms as he may deem most expedient
all the property aforesaid of every description and collect
and compound for if necessary all the debts aforesaid and
turn into money as promptly and Judiciously as practicable
all the debts aforesaid and assets of the said James Sykes
and out of the proceeds of sales or collections of said property
and assets the said Trustee shall pay and discharge all the
incidental expenses of this trust including a reasonable
commission for his services and attention to the business
He shall in the next place pay and satisfy the claims
of all such creditors of the said James Sykes as have accrued
and become due and owing for merchandise for
his store and supplies for his factory since the first day
of March Eighteen hundred and fifty six and the ballance
he shall distribute rateably among all the creditors
of the said James Sykes according to their respecting Just
demands.   Witness my hand and Seal

       I hereby certify that on this twenty fourth day of
march in the year eighteen hundred and fifty eight
before the Subscriber a Justice of the peace of the said
State in and for the County aforesaid personally appears
James Sykes and acknowledged the foregoing Deed to be
his act

State of Maryland
                                     City of Baltimore Sct.
On this 25th day of March A. D. 1858 before the Subscriber a
Justice of Peace of the State of Maryland in and for
said City personally appeared Daniel Miller and made
Oath in due form of law that the Consideration Set forth
in the foregoing deed of trust or instrument of writing is
true and bona fide as therein Set forth
