                It is hereby certified that on this fifteenth day
of December Eighteen hundred and fifty seven before me
the Subscriber a Justice of the peace for the state of maryland
in and for the said county personally appeared Edward
Renehan who is known to me of my own knowledge as the
party named and described as and professing to be the party
grantor in the within Bill of Sale and acknowledged the same
to be his act and deed

State of Maryland City of Baltimore City To Wit:
             It is hereby certified that on this fifteenth day
of December A D Eighteen hundred and fifty seven before
the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the state of Maryland
in and for said city personally appeared Wm G. Harrison agt
and acknowledged the signature to the foregoing Bill of
Sale to be his act and deed and the said William G. Harrison
at the same time made oath in due form of law that he is the
Agent of John Andrews of the Parish of Iberville State of
Louisianna and also that the consideration set forth in
the foregoing Bill of sale is bona fide as therein stated
and furthermore that he this deponent is authorised by
the said John Andrews the purchaser therein named
to make such affidavit
             In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my
hand on the date first above written
