in hand paid by Thomas M.cCrea at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged: have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Thomas M.cCrea his executors administrators and assigns the following goods and chattels merchandise & fixtures to wit one bed & bedding, one Cooking stove, Five Clocks, two watches thirty finger rings, one doz pair Earrings, two doz pair of gold Breast pins, two bracelets one gold and one hair one gold and one silver pencil one doz pair spectacles three gross watch Crystals, three ^pair^ wustted beads and three strings beads six silver tea spoons, six silver table spoons, one silver ladle, one Counter, one show case, one gold Chain and three plated Chains. To Have and To Hold the said described property goods wares merchandise and Chattels to the said Thomas M.cCrea his executors administrators and assigns forever; And he the said August Wallenhurst for his heirs executors and administrators the said August Wallenhurst unto the said Thomas M.cCrea his executors and administrators and assigns against him the said August Wallenhurst executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of October Eighteen hundred and fifty seven Signed Sealed & delivered in the presence of Aug. Be it remembered that on this fifteenth day of October 1857 before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace for Howard County appears August Wallenhurst and acknowledges the above Instrument of writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning hereof W.m A.
