246 and instruct the said apprentice or cause him to be taught and instructed in the art trade or callig of a farmer by the best way and means he can and shall well and faithfully find and provide for the said apprentice good and sufficient meat drink clothg lodging and other nescessaries fit and convenient for such an apprentice during the term aforesaid and at the expiration thereof shall give unto the said apprentice two suits of wearig apparel one suitable for sundays and the other for workig days In testimony whereof the said Jno Y. Worthington and David Dorsey have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above written Signed Sealed and delivered Jno Y Worthington (seal) in the presence of his Daniel Stempner David x Dorsey (seal) Mark Rec.d to be recorded on the 14.th day of September 1857 same day recorded & Examined per W. to the said Thomas M.cCrea the following property one Printing Press and fixtures pertaining thereto Witness my hand and seal this fourteenth day of September Eighteen hundred and fifty seven Test David F. S. Ways (seal) W.m Allen State of Maryland Howard County to wit: I hereby certify that on this fourteenth day of September Eighteen hundred and fifty seven personally appeared before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace for Howard County aforesaid David F. S. Ways and acknowledged the foregoing bill of sale to be his act W.m Allen J. P. Rec.d September 14.th 1857 to be recorded same day recorded & Examined per W. H. Worthington Clk
