and seventy two 34/100 dollars paid me
by Henry Q. Nicholson of Baltimore
                    City and State aforesaid do hereby bargain and sell to the said
                    Henry Q. Nicholson the following property   6 pair cases, 2
                    double stands; 4 Composing sticks, 1 double Chase; 5 Brass
                    bottom.d Gallys; 22½ ft Column Rules; 5 ft Cross Rules; 2
                    side & 3 foot sticks; 21 fonts display type; 100 advertising
                    rules; 52 brass dashes; 10 double Rules; 10 parallel ditto;
                    40 Plain ditto; 200 lbs small Pica Type; 200 lbs Long Primer
                    Type; 50 lbs brevin type; 6 lbs news Cuts; valued at the above
                    amount of two hundred and seventy two 34/100 dollars
                    and being materials such as are commonly used in a
                    Printer's Office          Witness my hand and seal this
                    12.th day of October Eighteen hundred and fifty seven
