214 John H Isaack at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; Have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents Do grant bargain and sell unto the said John H Isaaks one black mare 85 dollars Executors Administrators and assigns one gray horse 80 dol. one brown mare 40 dollars 40 three cows 60 dollars 60 one waggon 35 dollars 35 one small spring waggon 25 dollars 25 one lot of Wheelrite timber 30 dollars 30 300.50 To have and To hold the said described the said property above mentioned and sold to the said John H. Isaacks John H Isaaks his heirs to the said executors administrators and assigns forever and the said Joseph Isaacks for myself my Heirs Executors and administrators the said Joseph Isaacks unto the said John H Isacks his h Executors and administrators and assigns against the said Joseph Isaacks her Executors and Administrators and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witness whereof have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of April eighteen hundred and 1857 Joseph Isaack x his mark (seal) Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of Samuel Nichols SS Be it Remembered that on this 2.d day of April 1857 before the subscriber a Justice of the peace for Howard County appears Joseph Isaacks and acknowledges the above instrument of writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof And at the same time appeared before me Joseph H Isacks the grantee in the said bill of sale named named and made oath that the consideration set forth in said bill of sale is true and bonafide as therein set forth Sworn to before me on the day and date aforesaid Samuel Nichols J.
